Visit Our Model Homes
Come and experience our model homes. Our Sales Associates will welcome you and answer all your questions about features, availability, and financing.
Step 4:
Structural & Fast Track Construction
Once the construction of your home is approved, we’ll start raising the structure. This includes laying the foundation, shell, roof, framing, and installing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Step 5:
Interior Development
This is where your house begins to take shape. Drywall, doors, and floors will be installed. Your house is nearly complete!

Final Finishes
This is when your design choices will come to life. Cabinets and countertops will be installed, walls will be painted, and landscaping will be completed.
Step 7:
Ready to move in
